Place where your body finds its natural balance
FoRest Osteopathy was founded by registered osteopath Inga J Hounsell, the European School of Osteopathy graduate. The practice is built on a holistic approach, treating the body as a whole rather than focusing solely on symptoms. FoRest Osteopathy supports people of all ages—from newborns to seniors—helping with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, always prioritising safety, comfort, and personalised care.

FoRest Osteopathy uses a wide variety of osteopathic techniques, ranging from gentle cranial osteopathy to hands-on soft tissue and structural methods, supporting the body’s natural ability to heal and promote long-term wellbeing.
FoRest Osteopathy is a welcoming, inclusive practice where patients of all ages, beliefs, and walks of life feel supported and respected.
